VIP Area

Register to be a VIP (registration includes show entrance) and enjoy a full day of perks, fun, surprises and most importantly VIP TREATMENT! Here is what you can expect from your VIP experience:

* No lines to wait in! – Print your online confirmation and bring it with you to the Event Information Booth. We will take care of everything from there.

* Enjoy an Awesome Goodie bag filled with scrapbooking essentials (exceeds a $40 value).

* Enter the event 15 minutes before the Early Birds at 8:45a.m.

*Reserved seat waiting for you. (If one person registers a group you will be seated together. If you each register separately please e-mail info@scrapbookusaexpo.com and request to be seated together)

* Drawings just for VIP attendees

* VIP area located in prime location near all the shopping and contests.

Would you like to start your day of scrapbooking, shopping, and just having a blast with family and friends one hour earlier PLUS walk away with a goodie bag filled with awesome scrapbooking items? If so, then the "Early Bird" is just for you !

*Early Bird"admission is $20 which gets you into the expo one hour before regular admission at 9:00 a.m., your all day expo pass, and your goodie bag filled with fun scrapbooking items and coupons from the attending vendors!

**There is no limit to Early Bird admissions but keep in mind that the "Goodie Bags" are on a first come, first serve basis and even though we make sure to have plenty, we can run out, so make sure to be there bright and early each day! *Coupons not valid with the Early Bird entrance. *

** Table space for the Scrapbook USA Expo is on a first come first serve basis, so by being an "Early Bird" you will get to pick out a great table for you and your scrapbooking friends with no worries!

**Fun prize give-aways all hour long just for the VIP's and "Early Bird" ladies !

** Due to the LIVE television programs taking place in the front foyer this event we will have the first 100 Early Bird attendees take a number to enter the event in that order. This will just apply to the first 100 early birds but we will still have lots more early bird tickets available. We will start selling tickets at 7:00 a.m. and you must be present at that time to buy a wristband. Hope to see you there!

MIDNIGHT CROP

Cropping and shopping are available during the whole show but our Midnight Crop hours from 6:00 pm-midnight on Friday is a fun time you won’t want to miss!

During the crop we will enjoy great music,fun prizes and giveaways and continuous shopping from our fantastic vendors. Plus, get involved in the crop by visiting our MC and making a music request or getting out on the dance floor for our signature Friday night dance contest!

The Midnight Crop is included in the price of your admission ticket on Friday. What a deal !! The crop begins at 6:00pm and will last until Midnight. For all of those who would like to continue to shop - vendors will be keeping their booths open late into the night, most until midnight!!

Seating is limited and often times tables are full well before 6:00 pm. Come early to get plenty of cropping space especially if you are coming with a large group.

Please remember that outside food is prohibited into the expo center. We look forward to seeing you there!

 

YOUNG SCRAPPERS CLUB

All 8-16 year old scrapper’s and crafter’s are invited!
Join Scrapbook USA as a Young Scrapper on Friday March 23rd from 6:30 p.m. to midnight! 3 private classrooms have been set aside just for you! Get together and enjoy Karaoke, dancing, games, make-n-takes, toe nail painting, snacks and an open crop area just for the up and coming scrapbooker. Industry experts will be on hand to teach new techniques, skills and secrets while enjoying loads of fun and laughter.

Supplies Needed: Bring your own paper, trimmer, adhesive (or buy them at the show) and a few photos to work on. Our Ladies will be there to inspire you with layout ideas and techniques to help you get the desired results you are looking for.

We will be providing Cuttlebug machines for you to use. Your creative juices will flow when we help you design layouts with templates courtesy of Kiwi Lane Designs.

Bring your daughters, nieces, granddaughters, friends and neighbors to Scrapbook USA Expo. A ticket to the Young Scrapper’s Club is good all day on Friday so after shopping and enjoying the show together, let your Young Scrapper enjoy her Friday night with us while you enjoy more of the show!

Tickets can be purchased online or at the show for $12.00 (discount coupons cannot be used). Remember to purchase “Young Scrapper Club” tickets so we can plan on you!.

Shopping Diva Bags and Show Prizes

Are you a “Shopping Diva” while at Scrapbook USA Expo? If so, then you will want one of our limited “SHOPPER GIFT BAGS”. First shop any of the incredible companies at our show, spend a minimum of $100.00 then turn in your receipts by the stage and you will receive an exclusive gift pack with prizes from incredible companies. Follow Scrapbook USA on Facebook and get more details on the SHOPPER GIFT BAG levels and the great companies sponsoring each of the 3 levels.

**Who loves Prizes?? Everybody does, so we are increasing your chances to WIN in 2012. Scrapbook USA gives away over $10,000 in prizes at each show through drawings and contests. Your wristband comes with 2 tickets to enter into our general drawing but you can increase your odds of winning by turning in your receipts at the stage area for more drawing tickets. For every $25.00 you spend at the show you will receive1 ticket and another chance at winning!

Come enjoy your Saturday, Scrapbooking away in your own "Reserved Seat" at the Scrapbook USA Expo!

No lines - No Wait - Enter the event 5 minutes before the Early Birds at 8:55 a.m. & sit in your own "Special" area with electrical at *EVERY* table. Great for using your Lap Top or Cricut machine at the show.

Each table will hold 4-5 people with lots of room to crop!! You will also recieve an "Early Bird Bag" valued at $10! There will even be some "goodies" to munch on at your table! Check in at the VIP registration table and get ready for fun!! Cost is $40 per person.
